The project consists in the organization of placements in the foreign companies for two weeks for teachers of vocational subjects. 24 teachers in 4 groups of 6 people will be participating in the placements at the following periods:-first group to Spain - January / February 2017.- second group to Portugal - August 2017.- third group to Spain - January / February 2018.- fourth group to Portugal - August 2018.For placement to Spain will go teachers in the following professions: hotelier, gastronomy, tourist service and English teachers who teach English in these professions. For placement to Portugal will go teachers in the following professions: hotelier, gastronomy, tourist service, logistics, information technology and mechanics as well as English teachers who teach English in these professions.The main objective of this project is improvement of the professional competence, knowledge and practical skills for the teachers of vocational subjects and the apprenticeship instructors who work in these two schools in the Mragowo District. Specific objectives include:1. Getting knowledge and skills in working and processing of the educational dual system in EU countries.2. Obtaining new abilities in the vocational training.3. Cognition the organizing system of vocational internships in the workplace in Portugal and Spain.4. Personal development of the participants of this project, openness for educational mobility.5. Increase of the integrity and the sense of European identity among the participants of this project by communing with other cultures.6. Encouragement for the collaboration of international cooperation and creation of international networking.The project will be an excellent opportunity to learn about Portuguese and Spanish companies taking students for internships , to learn about the training base for training in the construction, information technology, logistics and mechatronics.The main result of the project is to improve the professional competencies and qualifications of the teaching staff of two vocational schools of the Mrągowo District, the obtainment of intercultural competences and getting the certifications of Europass mobility, these results will be popularized and the project will be subjected to promotion. The results of the project will be: professional and personal development of the participants of the project, the adaptation of the best placements and the transfer of knowledge.
