NATURAPOLIS 2014, MOBILITE DES PERSONNELS FORMATION PROFESSIONNELLE

The " PerformPro NATURAPOLIS 2014 " project aims to enable mobility of 19 staff of the state institute for agricultural teaching and professional training NATURAPOLIS ( Chateauroux , CENTRE region ) in 5 European countries between June 2014 & June 2016 (or 15 outcoming and 4 incoming “mobilities”) . Context : For several years our school plan has included as a priority the European mobility of learners, especially vocational cursus “Vocational Baccalaureat”. These “mobilities” are managed by consortia in which we actively participate and several faithful partners allow us to send each year from 80 to 100 young students in internship in Europe & also to welcome European people (young students & trainers). But we send abroad quite few staff, we welcome very few professionals from Europe . Difficulties are financial , linguistic and organizational . The main objective of this project is to remove these barriers to expand our team of European projects leaders, to professionalize them (including the management team), to gradually improve the quantity (including other educational sectors) & quality (better valuing technical and social acquired skills) for the “mobilities” of young people. Activities: 3 types Nine mobility “staff training” on the subjects of floral art (Slovakia), sport pedagogy (Slovakia), Russian language (Latvia), agricultural mechanization and English (Netherlands) , the quality of internship in Europe for learners (Lithuania ), 2 mobility for job shadowing/observation about pedagogy in agricultural techniques (Netherlands ), 2 workshops or work placement about relationships between school and agricultural enterprises (Germany). Four teaching/training assignments, with 4 main partners of Lithuania, Slovakia, Germany, Netherlands : Teaching of a trainer in a partner school or incoming mobility of agricultural or landscape European professionals that our partners help us to focus Six mobility “staff training” to support mobility of our “Agricultural Vocational Baccalaureat” four weeks in Germany by providing a staff relay on the duration of the internship . Participants: 1-2 members of the management team, 5-6 teachers of vocational training in the normal school way, 2 trainers in the apprenticeship way, 1 maintenance staff. Selection of participants : we try to meet the wishes of staff, with two priorities: strengthen existing partnerships (target = teams that manage the mobility of young students = give them a training time for themselves) /but also expand the teams involved in European projects, therefore encouraging new trainers whose desire for mobility was born during meetings with our European partners but are now less involved . Methodology : first of all, build on existing partnerships for the choice of destinations mobility ; it should be noted the support an administrative secretary newly appointed ; global management with a “pilot team”. Results: new “technical” skills for trainers (floral art , sport, machinery), new competence in international projects for the management team & trainers; improving language skills ( German , Slovak, English, Russian). Impacts: increase the mobility of learners quality with a greater impact in long term for their employability - increase the efficiency of the teams in the conduct of projects - Development of new partnerships - Mobility for new member of our staff - Development of mobility for new graduate students - increase the attractiveness for our agricultural vocational training – Incoming and outcoming for a long time European students in vocationnal cursus - Organize exchanges between European professionals – organize exchanges betweenTeaching staff with our partners - Building & use of tools such as ECVET - develop European projects with our training center for adults.
