The development of mobile applications and the rapid development of electronic services have created new and very large market for software development, and serious need of experienced human resources. Developers of web-based services, electronic platforms and mobile applications are demanded in professional technology companies but as well in companies active in the field of online marketing, e-commerce, online services, online training. New platforms require an entirely different approach to the software, particularly as regards the design of mobile applications, which foster education to produce human resources with the necessary specific competencies who are most prepared for real business. In this context, the project aims to build professional competencies of users received in Vocational high-school "Hristo Botev" by building new and specific knowledge and skills that meet the market demand in the IT sector, namely: • Acquisition of practical skills and knowledge for development of web-based platforms, collection, processing and management of databases, work with modern software and programming techniques, web services; • Acquisition of practical skills and knowledge of web design and development of websites compatible with mobile devices (mobile phones, smartphones and PDA devices); • Improving of user skills for working in a multicultural environment, improving intercultural and language competencies. • Increasing the competence of teachers to work with new technologies and adoption of new methods for teaching in practice. Participants in mobility will be 20 students from Vocational high school "Hristo Botev" in "Computer Engineering and Technologies" aged 15-19 and 2 teachers teaching in subjects from the professional training of students of " Computer Engineering and Technologies " who will be selected on predetermined criteria, including the proficiency level B1 of English, professional competence, motivation. Planned is a preliminary linguistic, pedagogical and cultural preparation in Bulgaria, which aims to prepare participants for mobility. Mobility will be carried out in July 2016 in Bologna, Italy and lasts four weeks. Partner in the project is Net in Action - an educational organization that works locally, nationally and internationally to increase the competences and qualifications of young people and to promote their employment, linking the training needs of young people with business needs. In accordance with the profile and training needs of the users are selected three host companies in which to conduct the practice at the work place under the guidance of tutors. Companies involved in the project are active in the area of IT services: web design, development of mobile applications, management of digital projects, digital branding, development of web-based IT platforms serving different business sectors and the administration, implementation of national and European R & D projects. The assigned to the participants practical tasks will be part of the daily work of the companies related to the implementation and demonstration of skills (eg programming with Java) and the application of knowledge to solve the particular problem which the student might encounter in their future professional activity. Practice will end with presentation of products by the students - designed web site that is functionally suitable for mobile applications, preparation of databases for web-based IT platforms. Teachers will enhance their professional competence, learn new teaching methods and skills to work with new technologies. These competencies will be integrated into the strategy of the school by updating existing curricula for apprenticeship in " Computer Engineering and Technologies " and the development of new curricula in accordance with the new themes of the project. As recognition of the acquired knowledge and skills participants will receive a certificate Europass – Mobility, certificate from Net in Action, references from companies, individual evaluation card issued by the tutor in the company certifying the entry knowledge and the skills after the mobility, certificate from Vocationall high school "H. .Botev ". The effect to the participants in the short term is measured by increased knowledge and skills in the specialty, improved knowledge of a foreign language and professional terminology, knowledge of foreign culture and work organization, documents received as formal recognition of skills and knowledge. In the long termare the advantages that young people will have during job placement through the referrals from Italian high-tech companies, practical experience, intercultural competencies.
