Forty-five young people and journalists from leading organizations from Bulgaria, Portugal, Italy and Poland will hold simultaneously in their respective countries a research based on questionnaire forms and video surveys amongst other young Europeans. This will compare the level of European confidence and belonging of the youth between 18-26 years of age in state-members, which joined the EU enlargement at different stages. The research will determine the motivation for participation, interests and the frame of mind of the youth in respect to the elections for European Parliament and the civil activity in terms of the holistic development of the EU. All materials gathered will be synthesized and presented in an official REPORT and on a multimedia carrier, which will be personally handed out to the European Members of Parliament from the governing majority.This will take place during the youth media conference "My vote for my Europe" in Sofia as from the 9th of May till the 13th , 2009, where they will be taking part. The Report and materials of the project will be passed on to the Internet television and the official editions of the European Parliament through the office of European Youth Press, Brussels. The video materials from each one of the participant countries will be available for the vast audience in an explicitly constructed web-site. Among the official media partners is the Bulgarian National Television. In the course of the project, there will be a European marathon of shared responsibility and a multicultural night. In case of approval of the project, the conference "My vote for my Europe" will be directed under the patronage of the first Bulgarian Member of the European Commission - Meglena Kuneva.
