The project “My nationality is HUMAN” is a 7 day youth exchange which will be held in Struga Macedonia from 03rd to 9th of October 2015 connecting 40 participants coming from 8 countries - Italy, Georgia, Turkey, Greece, Jordan, Poland, France and Macedonia. The objectives of the project are: - raising awareness and informing about the situation with the human rights, discrimination and marginalization in the promoters countries - breaking stereotypes among the participants and wider range of young people The goals of the project will be reached by using non-formal educational methods such as discussions in small and big groups, role plays, team building activities, simulations and interactive presentations, by singing, dancing, acting, learning and performing. After the participants will become aware of the situation in each promoter’s country and are informed with the core info, they will work on creating a song with video clip which will be presented by them in public in front of local audience, on which will be invited young people, students and student organizations, high school’s representatives, unemployed people and other local citizens, including tourists. The performance will take place in Struga and Ohrid as most suitable location for organizing such an event, Struga as a city with biggest number of ethnic groups, Ohrid as most popular touristic place, so tourists can be audience as well, not only Ohrid local citizens. The performance will be held on the last day of the activities of this youth exchange as closing of the project. The days before, after having several workshops and role plays for breaking stereotypes and human rights, the participants will make the music with help of professional DJ, will create the lyrics of the song and practice the singing on the music. Lyrics of the song will contain messages regarding fighting discrimination and marginalization, raising awareness for human rights, few lines will be sang on the national language of the participants. All activities, preparation and performances will be recorded and will be created video clip of the song which will be online for all viewers WORLDWIDE .
