1.This project has been prepared because of the worrying increase of family violance incidents in Manisa. 3400 family violance incidents occured in Manisa in 2015. That violance inside family is a very wide social problem when we consider also the relatives of victims of family violance. Family violance is when a member of family hurts or causes a member of family suffer phisically, sexually, phsicologically or financially. It is necessary to solve this problem with educational way within the project logic. It is seen by the analyses of our institution that family violance is a sophisticated issue. That's why a multidisciplinary social service is needed for the solution of this issue which has educational, sociological, phsicological and financial aspects. 2. Aims of our project To increase the knowledge and quality of the adult trainers who detects the problems of violent members and victims of the violance and find solution to the problem and guide these adults, To compose a Family Education Team which creates solutions of the issue within dialog with educators from different branches in a multidisciplinary way, To improve the capacity and effectiveness of our institution in preventing family violance, To support adult trainers who can follow sources about that issue which are published in foreign languages To increase the quantity and quality of the personnel in our institution who can use fast and effectively digital applications in family educations, To increase the awareness of society about National Agency which coordinates ERASMUS+ Projects and to keep contact with EU partners for further projects.3. 15 personnel in total will participate in 3 mobility programmes which will take place in Germany, Netherlands and Spain. Participants will be selected from among the experts, the teachers, the social workers, the phsycologists and the sociologists, primarily from among who has already worked in the field in the educational activities, who has national and international experience in the area of education on violance against women, who has experiences in the area of project circle, who are able to think analytically, who has proficiency in the foreign language for the education he/she will get. who are willing and are interested in the subject of preparing and performing and following ERASMUS+ Projects.4. Definition and Methodology of the Activities: On the job training and teoritical educations for preventing violance against women will be determined with the host partner and will be given in the host partner's own institutions and in the institutions host partner will contact. Educations on the subject of anger management, emphaty, emotions and communication will be given by professional adult trainers in the education centers that are determined by host partner. 5. Mutually sharing applications, skills and information with the institutions in EU which are working on the subject of preventing family violancec.
