This is a voluntary project where young people will have different areas of information, participation and development initiatives.Take place in different places in direct contact with young people. The aim is that young people feel that their participation is notacible in all activities. With them, there will always be helping someone who is also responsible for the activity. The EVS hosting project MURCIA,CIUDAD JOVEN is in a local community where young population is continually inetrcultural growing and a society where youth work is very important. The Youth Service in the city of Murcia acts as coordinator and will aim to train volunteers and sending organization to engage fully in the project, giving visibility to Youth in Action program in our local community. The Youth Service is a municipal department that promotes and manages local youth projects. The duration of the activity of the volunteers are 9 months and involve young people from Belgium, France and Austria in activities promoting European citizenship, cultural diversity, such as the European Week in the schools, the Language Club as a tool for knowledge of cultures and European awareness, youth information (Informajoven) as a way for out reach and dissemination among young people and youth exchanges and experienced management and development of projects within Youth in Action program to get the tools and skills subsequently needed to conduct their own initiatives.
