The Labor or market? project will be held in Hungary, Sárospatak and will be implemented with two organizations from Romania and Hunagary: RISZK and Association of Intercultural Communities. The project encourages the active participation of young people, in order that their entrance in the labor market may be easy. The project participants are young people aged 18-25 who are starting a career . The project will consist of 10 young from Romania and10 from Hungary. The overall objective of the project: Developing the 20 young people's competences and skills, so they could find a job more easily. The project 's specific objectives: discovering own and the partner country's labor market issues, information on job opportunities and volunteering , career counseling, create a brochure that will be a help for those young people who are looking for a job, professional development. The main activities of the implementation process: non-formal learning methods, lectures, workshops, team-building games, intercultural activities, demonstrations, simulations , editing the brochure. The expected results of the project: the participants in the project a will acquire knowledge and skills: personal , social and professional competencies. The participants will enjoy the maximum impact of the project, because they are the ones who acquire skills and competencies in a working and learning process that will help in the labor market. The brochure represents the long-term dissemination of the project: it will help young people over the years, the information will be useful and accessible form many years.
