Our wish to welcome european volonteers is related to the social project of our organization and is linked to many past experiences (youth exchanges, EVS, intercultural trainings...). The C.A.S.F. is taking part in the European Volontary Service for ten years and has become a sending organization seven years ago. We would like to welcome two volonteers in order to put the european projects down in our daily actions with « children, youth and family » and to aware our public to the difference and assist them through an intercultural opening. The C.A.S.F. is an organization that offer entertainment actions, spare-time activities, artistic and cultural workshops and training and professional insertion for children, youngsters and adults. It is located in Bischwiller, a town near Strasbourg and Haguenau and a few minutes away from Germany. It's a town with a strong identity which has about 13 000 inhabitants.The population is historically multicultural and is composed by 13,5 % of foreigners with a large ratio of Turkish natives. The volonteers will take part in the cultural entertainement and sport activities with children from 3 to 12 years old or/and with a youth public (12-26 years old) in our organization, but also in the neighborhoods of Bischwiller. They will work within a team of professional animators and will take part in the organization of events, projects, stays, etc.
