Gewerkstatt had a lot of good expierences with mobility projects for young disadvanted people in projects. During this mobility this target group should help them to strenghten their selfconfidence by leaving their "social and familiar" environemt for 3 weeks.They should learn to take over responsibilty for their behaviour and boost their social competences.This help them to reach the aim of the projct they are take part in germany (e.g. vocational education training or prepartion course).During the mobility they work in small companyies and participate in english language lessons. This lessons tehy need to gain a additional german school degree (Hauptschulabschluss).Also the practical expierences, which will be certificated in the EUROPASS will help them to find a vocational training course or a job after finishing their course in germany.This project offers our participants the opportunity to learn in an intercultural complex and provide an understanding for the host country. This competences on internationla level , mobilty , flexibilty , independency will strenghte their chances for a better chance of a job or vocational education training.
