The type of the project is TC using interactive and creative methods of non-formal education. This activity will last for seven working days and will be organized in Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia. TC will gather 30 participants from 10 different European countries and it aims to develop competences of youth workers/leaders in using video as a tool for working with peace building issues. The main objectives of the project are:- To explore the ways, techniques, means and possibilities of amateur video-production with youth workers and youth leaders active in European youth work.- To introduce participants with Stop motion movie technique and how it can be used in solving peace building issues.- To learn together the nowadays new programmes and platforms supporting video creation and dissemination as well as the basic rules of it such as respect to copyright, creative commons etc.- To promote young people’s active participation in society, and especially to empower youth to take an active role in building peaceful society.- To develop further activities in the youth work, exploiting the results got at the TC and disseminating them further to their peers and communities.- To promote tolerance, equality and solidarity among different cultures, nationalities, ethnic groups, etc.- To promote ERASMUS + programme as tool for cooperation.This project is directly linked with ERASMUS + programme and it contributes to peace building, conflict transformation and intercultural dialogue. Through this TC we will empower the participating youth workers and youth leaders to more efficiently and extensively use the video-tools in their everyday work, both for improving the educational process at the events themselves and also for taking the material developed and results achieved further to wider communities.The designed program will reach its objectives by using the various methods of NFE as the most suitable way of education of youth that promotes safe environment of education through use of own experience and enrichment by tools and resources.Different methods are to be used during the implementation of the activity such as: plenary sessions and participants, sharing of knowledge and good and bad practices, simulation games, individual work followed by coaching, work, small and large groups.The training program is designed to give various learning opportunities through learning from each other and from trainers, through developing personal skills such as using social media in everyday work, presentation, communication The TC will equip participants and their organizations for building partnerships on local/national/international level as a tool for antidiscrimination and peace building.
