Motivision - Accelerating Youth Work

Project "Motivision - Accelerating Youth Work" focused upon youngsters capacity to map up their way in order to achieve their personal and professional goals. It was a training course for youth workers from NGOs active in youth projects. Training course "Motivision - Accelerating Youth Work" was held in Lithuania and brought together young people from 5 different countries: Bulgaria, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, and Turkey.The project aimed to improve the capacity of partner organisations to motivate their volunteers through Personal and Professional Development. The training course was based on a new innovative non-formal education methodology for personal and professional development called The Equilitri Method™. The method has been developed in over 10 years of work, tested and piloted in Asia & Europe in 2010-2012.This training course helped partner organisations by providing their youth workers with effective human resources tools for personal development and key competences in these areas:- improving planning and goals setting skills- developing motivation and willpower- improving the volunteers time & self management skills, - becoming aware of the importance of personal & socio-professional development- improving communication, leadership and teamwork skills in an organisational environment- fostering entrepreneurship and initiative for youth employment.
