Project "Motivated trainers" is implemented by NGO Culture and Education Studio Talent City in cooperation with project partners - course providers from Sweden (The Learning Teacher Network), Romania (ARVIS) and Finland (eduKarjala). The participants will be adult trainers who within this mobility project acquire new competences, knowledge and skills in adult education field. The aim of the project is to motivate trainers, to increase the competence level of participants, to improve their level of foreign languages and to gain international experience in order to raise the level and prestige of adult education in Latvia. The planned number of participants is 6 persons who will attend courses in Romania and Finland, as well as international conference in Estonia. All participants are already now involved in adult non-formal education, but the acquired knowledge will be a great addition to skills in non-formal education. In the result, the NGO will have motivated and innovative trainers who will be willing and able to participate in adult education. The knowledge of participants will also be used in developing the strategic work plan of organization by introducing into it the elements of European dimension. The existing competences of our organization in the basic fields - education and culture, will be supplemented with the knowledge about outdoor education and pedagogy. Project participants will actively share their experiences and knowledge with colleagues and other interested persons by using mass media and social platforms. In the long term perspective the NGO Culture and Education Study talent City will be able successfully to participate in international partnership projects and be a qualitative player in the field of adult non-formal education in Latvia. NGO Culture and Education studio 'Talent City"at the moment is the leading promoter of study circle method in Latvia. We plan to use study circle method also in outdoor education.
