The project contributes to the development of the Euroregion by aiming the structural reform of the professional and adult education systems through the co-operation of two educational institutes.The general objective of the project is to promote the integration of disadvantaged groups by development in the field of vocational training and adult learning. The Specific objectives are the following: 1. Studying the vocational training and adult education supply of the Euroregion; 2. Renewal of the training and adult learning programs (methods, content, techniques); 3. Enhancing the institutional support of training and education programmes in the border region;The main activities of the project are: a study of the supply and demand in the field of training and adult education in the Bihor-Hajdu-Bihar Euroregion, development of generic competencies, development of modules for adult learning programs, the institutionalization of co-operation in the field of vocational training and adult learning.Target groups of the project are: educators, trainers, experts, decision makers, educational and occupational experts, researchers, disadvantaged groups, persons to be integrated in training programs, members of the Roma community, unemployed people, job-seekers.
