The Partnership Building Activity "more Mobility more Ability" is organized for youth workers from Program countries and Eastern Europe and Caucasus countries. The Partnership Building Activity is aimed to improve the personal skills and abilities of the youth workers in planing and implementation of the higher quality international YiA projects and to provide space for establishing new partnerships to foster cooperation among program countires with neighbouring partner countries. Culture will be the theme and focus of this PbA, and shall be tackled from within these main viewpoints: issues of identity, stereotypes, values, European identity, multiculturalism, intercultural learning, cultural conflict and peace education. Participants will themselves develop a coherent programme of activities based on non-formal working methods such as workshops and various learning-by-doing activities. Understanding different cultures is crucial to the development of a tolerant and unprejudiced society. Through the multicultural atmosphere of a Pba young youth leaders participants shall boost their awareness of European Identity and of cultures pertaining to EU neighbours.
