The main objective of the project – Development of students and personnel’s, engaged in supervising and training, professional skills. In this way the quality of training at Telsiai, Mazeikiai and Vilnius vocational training centers is being raised. All the participants currently have applied the vocational training quality management systems, thus they seek to adjust high-quality vocational training to international standards, so they want to improve their students and employees' professional skills.
Objectives:
• To evaluate currant training and organization competences in the nowadays’ labor market.
• To improve the professional skills of the students during the internship, creating the opportunity to carry out part of the apprenticeship in partner organizations.
•To improve professional skills of personnel who train and supervise the vocational training process, during the observation of vocational training classes and activities in production.
• To organize the construction, food preparation, tourism, textiles manufacturer specialties’ training classes open to teachers and students, and introduce presentation of educational materials thus developing and improving professional skills and training quality.
Participants and partners of this project in Lithuania: PI Telsiai RVTC, Mazeikiai Polytechnic School , Vilnius Service and Business Training Center .

The main beneficiaries of the project : Total: 30 participants, of whom 16 construction, food preparation, tourism and textiles manufacturer specialties’ students at PI Telsiai RVTC , Teachers, monitoring the training process at Maieikiai Polytechnic school and Vilnius Service and Business Training Center as well as 14 construction and IT final-year students .

Progress of the project: 01-07-2014 to 30-06-2015 final-year students’ internship in Germany (. March 01-28, 2015, totally 4 weeks) Students of Construction and IT specialties will develop their professional skills while working with the latest equipment and advanced technologies, what will help their integration into the labor market. This process will also contribute to their personal development and general skills.
Mobility visits of personnel to Germany and Turkey (October 2014, March 2015) 1 week each. During these visits, participants will observe vocational training classes and activities in construction, food, tourism and textile sectors. This will help to create the conditions for the development of innovative practices in the field of vocational training, and will also help in gaining and using knowledge, skills and qualifications seeking for personal development. The project will improve the quality of vocational training in vocational training institutions and will encourage innovation. Teachers and other employees who are responsible for training process will share their experiences with their counterparts in other countries thus creating a mutual learning process.
Final products:
• The participants of the visit, while preparing for it during the language training, will get acquainted with the host country's culture and customs thus improving their general competencies and language.
•Students taking part in this visit will prepare presentations on the EU host institution on topic "Construction worker / IT sector features in Germany” on CD.
• Students will present their improved skills in open classes, organized for all the students and teachers of the same specialties as well as during the publicly events at each educational institution.
• Teachers and other employees who are responsible for training process, participating in this project will organize the open special training classes for construction, food, tourism, textile manufacturer to teachers and students , where they will present their instructional materials (in CD format) and improved professional skills, in this way improving the quality of vocational training.
• The accumulated and systematized material will be presented on websites and in the libraries of the educational institutions and will be used as an additional course materials in vocational training classes solving the problems of vocational training quality.
