Vocational Centrum Király Endre Technical Vocational School Vác decided to support three participants to apply for grant in Erasmus + project courses abroad. The courses are selected according to the internationalization strategy of the school and the developing demands of the staff. Two participants will enlarge the leadership, organizational and language competences during the courses of "Structured Study Visit to Schools/Institutes & Training Seminar in Iceland/Ireland". They are going to study the school system of the host countries, visit and watch the operation of different kinds of institutions. They have opportunity to observe and experience how the educational and teaching processes run. They can use the good practices in their own institute. We hope that they will learn a lot about the eTwinning website and be able to use it in their own work in near future. The participant applying in "English & Culture: Methodology of Culture for Teachers of English" is going to acquire the latest methodological way and techniques of teaching English as a foreign language. The further aim is to get ideas how to motivate students to be interested in learning arts in the English language lessons. She wants to refresh and extend her communicational competence too.The acquired knowledge and experience will be spread during the dissemination in the region’s institutes, newspapers and in the local Media (TV). Besides the familiarisation of the experiences we hope, that the reputation of our school will increase among the teachers, parents and students. Moreover we believe that this project will help us to achieve better results in final examination in the secondary school, even more it will renew our institutional structure to get more students giving them more chance to go on with their studies at the Colleges.
