Modernization of the human resources of cross-border tourist services
Tourism is a gate to each country. The way guests are received in a country illustrates how cohabitation norms and the system of offers - provided and expected - prevail. Therefore those working in the field of tourism have great responsibility in terms of shaping the perception of their country and strengthening its acceptance. However, qualified and well-prepared tourism specialists are needed for this. Bilateral tourism training launched in Hungarian and Romanian territory serves for this purpose. Therefore the support project provided assistance - in a distance training form - to SMEs interested in tourism and to other players in tourism operating in the Hungarian-Romanian cross-border region. Aurel Vlaicu State University of Arad acted as a cros-border partner of the program. Achievements: Please refer to the 'Description' field, which also includes the achievements of this project.
