Maréchal Leclerc high school is a vocational school offering trainings in the following fields: business and services, management and administration and health and care. Among our 370 students, two thirds come from an underprivilged background.
For our students, the objectives are to:
- give them the opportunity to achieve an enriching cultural and professional experience, that they wouldn't have the possibility to achieve with their own means. It contrIbutes to the equality of chances.
- improve their professional skills by encouraging them to take initiatives and risks. Indeed, such an experience abroad will prove their ability to be autonomous, which is an important quality for future employers who want their employees to adapt to changes.
-improve the language skills, knowing that it is important to speak at least one foreign language to be competitive and employable.
The training periods will take place in March-April 2016 and 2017 for 4 weeks regarding England and Spain and 3 weeks regarding Norway.
For our school, the objectives are the following ones:
- widen the european dimension of our school by working with new partners year after year
- share different learning techniques with our partners and have them change if necessary to respond our students'needs.
