The project “Educational mobilities - opportunities of labor market integration for students of textile domain” is a mobility project that addresses to 11 th grade students, technical profile, the domain : textile industry and leather and the qualification: Technician fashion designer.
The partnership is one romanian-spanish.

The placement will take place in March 2015 in Granada, Spain.
At this internship of mobility will participate 9 students from Colegiul Tehnic Carasan Resita with are in the initial training. The project proposed corresponds to the internship pooled with a duration of 90 hours, provided by curriculum of in the form of the Module 6 -Production process in clothing. Through the 90 hours of training aims to at developing the following competence:
1. Characterization of production process of clothing
2. Establishing the stitches used in the manufacture of products
3. Serving simple sewing machines and the elastic sewing machines
4. Performing heat joints
The objectives that we want to achieve through implementation of this project correspond with the objectives the Erasmus + program, are those set out at European level, namely:
■ O1: Improve the lever competences and skills, with particular regard to their relevance for the labour market and their contribution to a cohesive society, in particular through increased opportunities for learning mobility and through strengthened cooperation between the world of education and training and the world of work;
■ O2: Promote the emergence and raise awareness of a European lifelong learning area designed to complement policy reforms at national level and to support the modernization of education and training systems and particular through enhanced policy cooperation, better use of EU transparency and recognition tools and the dissemination of good practices;
■ O3: improve the teaching and learning of languages and to promote the EU 's broad linguistic diversity and intercultural awareness.
The education, training and the activities targeting young people plays an important role in offering the necessary means for active participation on the labor market and in society.
The mobility project proposed aims to:
- personal development, the professional and social through development of skills (knowledge, skills, attitudes) in the international
context and the recognition of these skills;
- learning or deepening of foreign language (improving language skills);
- awareness of and understanding some of cultures and countries, thus developing their sense of belonging to the European values
and active involvement in the community;
- organizational capacity development in the context of European and international cooperation;
- creation of links between formal education , non-formal learning and vocational training;
- pursuit of achieving synergies with work and entrepreneurship.
Expected outcomes for students:
- the participants acquire work experience in their field of training trough the professional environment of the European labor
market;
- assessment of vocational skills level in relation to job requirements;
- increase students motivation to gain as much knowledge from this segment of training;
- development of students technical skills in order to enable them to adapt efficiently to the changes of the labor market;
- increase interest of companies to hire graduates of our school;
- promoting and enabling teachers in developing educational projects which could;
- motivate high school students to get the best results in technical disciplines and languages in order to be among the potential
beneficiaries of future projects;
- promoting examples of good practice.
The benefits for participants will be major both from professional point of view and personally and culturally. Thanks to this project the students will have a chance to get in contact with other cultures, ethnicities and religions and this work will lead them to accept and understand other points of view, observe similarities and differences between themselves and the others.
By activity performed in free time, the students will broaden their cultural horizons and spiritual, will learn to cope with new challenges, as promote tolerance, equal opportunities, freedom and democracy.
The placement will facilitate the transition of these young people from school into the work environment and will help them integrate successfully into the labor market immediately after graduation and maybe to develop their own business.
