The project "Mission" Youth worker "will be held in the city of Burgas, in the period 02 - 09. 05.2016 and will include participants from Bulgaria and Slovakia. The successful implementation of the project will be guaranteed by the participation of 15 participants from each group. Association "ProBudnik" seeks to promote and improve the level of key competencies for the development of leadership qualities of individuals actively working with young people and youth organizations, and thus increase opportunities for cooperation, exchange of experience and good practice between them and enhance the quality of work in youth organizations by building more skilled leaders aware of the needs and problems of the youth sector and seeing how they can be resolved and the opportunities and objectives achieved.The main objective of the project is the development of social competencies, skills, exchange of new practices and methodologies, exploring new tools and mechanisms necessary for effective work with young people and young people with special needs. As a key indicator for the current problems of youth and specific needs, included youth workers will present the current problems of the profession in different European countries. The result will be displayed best practices and specific guidelines for improvements in the implementation of youth policy and the use of informal methods of training.
