This shadowing project, Mirror of the will: involvement towards the future, is between two NOG´s YO-YO and Centre des Sureaux in France (Elder trees Organisation). They did two youth exchanges, one training course and a seminar together. It became obvious that a long-term partnership has to be developed. The two NGOS are so different and so similar at the same time: "Mirror of the will: involvement toward the future". The shadowing will involve three youth worker from each organisation. Both organisations have the same will and engagement of increasing partnership to favour young people´s process in non formal education and intercultural learning. Both have a strong aim to : increase self confidence, share and develop common method of work, making long term strategy, to favour transferability of practice, to live and practice together empowering young people, to mutualize practices, to share skills, to become a common team work, reliable in communication, to increase the knowledge from the back ground of youth projects ; from the needs to the acts and reflect on impact and transferability.
