Lelewela " witch aims is to increase their competitiveness in the labor market by raising the professional and language skills, which will acquire while studying in our school. Additional objectives are:1) greater commitment and desire to acquire knowledge in the field of vocational subjects and foreign languages by students,2) increase cultural awareness and tolerance,3) establish regular contact with foreign partners and start cooperation in relation to further action,4) improving the quality of education in schools through visits to foreign factories and cooperate with carersinternational partners.To participate in the project will be selected 48 students in competitions in advertisment technician, digital techniques of graphic processes logistics techniques attend to III class.Apart from the obvious benefits for the students expect that through the project will expand the image of institutions in the region, the country and the international market. Through the implementation of project activities on foreign placements of our students in Italy, will be included in the revised European School Development Plan areas ie. The European dimension of the organization, intercultural awareness, and mobility and language skills, in particular real (native) use language.Vocational Schools No 6 nm. J. Lelewela in Poznan wants to complete the project, so that:- Students will gain valuable experience and raise their qualifications,- Come into contact with the international labor market, learn about working conditions in their profession in other European countries,- Check and will increase their knowledge of a foreign language,- Learn to greater self-reliance,- Come into contact with people of different races, nationalities, religions and cultures,- Increase their intercultural awareness and tolerance.Participation in the project will be so for the participants prepared a valuable part of the process to work in the professionlearned. First, it would gain the necessary experience, and second, to help them open up to Europe and prepare for the use of the opportunities offered by the European integration process.The main outcome of the school will be the experience gained in the implementation of foreign practices that contribute to the development of international cooperation in the establishment and courageous action by the school authorities with new challenges in this regard. As a result, we hope that in the future we will be able to offer our students, or new candidates, not just school internships, whether local companies, but also abroad. Certainly such a varied and wide range of education, which is further strengthen promotional activities, positive impact on the image of the school. We will be more attractive and competitive educational market, which in turn will help to attract more candidates among middle school students.The project participants will take their professional practice in companies and organizations in Italy (Bologna) and in Great Britain (Belfast).After the completion of the project will be prepared a booklet containing good practice placements and suggestions related to thegap of jurisdiction for students of technical and vocational schools. On the basis of materials collected by the students will be prepared and partner promotional video. It will be a material incentive to read the results of the project. With its accessible form, and the inclusion of interviews with project participants will show the realities of international practices and will encourage further potential project participants to engage in this kind of initiative.
