The goal of our school is to educate pupils and prepare them for life in European union. For fullfilling this goal, we identify our needs as such: internacionalization of our school, quality improvement of language education, as well as progress in further use of ICT technology. The school is introducing the CLIL method into education and want to train more teachers in efective use of this method. The Project focuses on international mobilities of two teacher of elementary school (training in CLIL method and use of ICT in teaching), three teacher of classes 5-9 of the school, two of them language teachers (training in new methods and trends in the language teaching, teaching foreign language in heterogenous class, language teaching for children with specific educational needs), and one teacher of informatics and school methodologist of ICT (training in CLIL method, new trends in using ICT technology). Another focus is on international training for headmaster of school and coordinator of the project. We suppose that involved teachers will improve their knowledge and skills, improve their language skills. Also, we hope for easier involvement into other international projects. Our goal is, apart from above mentioned competences, also further networking, meeting with other trainees in trainings. We see the impact of the project in the improvement of the teaching, more efective use of ICT technologies and better aplication of CLIL method.
