The history of humanity began with education. Since the early days of human existence as a social being and share their knowledge and skills with the people around them wanted to pass on to the next generation. Knowledge and skills transfer process first, was recorded in a very simple format. Scientific and technological developments in world of science, has caused important changes in the social and cultural life of society. In this process have created the need for continuous renewal of knowledge and skills because of changing living conditions. Renewal of information in the light of scientific information by educational institutions nowadays the requirement is carried out. Assumes educational institutions to train individuals appropriate to today's living conditions. Knowledge and skills outside of formal educational institutions, adult individuals is a very important part of renewal as required by today's living conditions, while “adult education” is provided. Adult Education, adults develop skills, increase knowledge, to improve their professional competence refers to systematic and regular training that enables all of the processes. Adult Education, adult considered to be of the people to develop skills, increase knowledge, technical or vocational qualifications improvements, personal development in terms of attitude and behaviour, both in balanced and independent social, economic and cultural development to participate in the educational process, which allows you to change the terms of all regular means (Titmuss, Butte Dahl, Ironside, and Legrand, 1985) Basic Principles Of Adult Education1. Adults generally prefer to learn individually and self- determined 2. Adults’ experience holds an important place, in the learning issues, 3. Adults have different motivations towards learning. 4. In adult education physical and psychological environment is extremely important.5. There is no obligatory relationship between the decline of learning ability and being adult, adults also can learn.6. The biggest obstacle in Adult Education loss of visual and hearing impairment.7. Identification of the need in Adult Education, planning and evaluation should be left to the adults themselves8. The role of the teacher in adult education is to only guidance For the purpose of giving more qualified and quality of adult education, our project has been prepared by our institution and our aim to ensure the increase of more qualified staff be brought in adult education both in our instituion and our country. Our project which prepared by our institution, 10 staff will go to Poland and they will be trained on adult education and approach to adult. After this training they will return to country more qualified teaching staff. Through this activity will increase in both personal and professional development. Our participants will take English courses before mobility and with this way they will return to individuals who use English as active . Will receive training in another country and they will have an opportunity to get know the culture of the people there, iving standards and the quality of life in Europe. Under favour of our project, staff in our institutions and trainees perspective will change against to adult education and also their motivation will be increased.
