Due to the main issues of the School Educational Project that we are about to develop in our high school, the application of this project claims:- To improve and acquire the tools and methods of work when dealing with diversity project.- To develop the current linguistic project in the school and to extend it to another foreign language. To improve the teachers linguistic competence.- To strengthen the European Dimension and the multicultural competence of our students, emphasizing some values such as the tolerance and respect towards the cultural diversity and religion.- Introduction of the use of Information Technologies as a necessary tool in the teachin-learning process.The volunteers are highly motivated. They are committed with their work, their future in the centre and the level of foreign languages. They should have a long term dedication to give stability to this project. They want to boost Information Technology, multilingual learning and to give all this and European dimension. At the same time, they will acquire some strategies and the necessary methodologies to improve their professional competence.We have planned:- Jobshadowings in: “Liceo artistico statale Klee Barabino” de Genoa (Italy), “Publiczne Gimnazjum nr 15 Wieslawa Kazaneckiego” de Bialystok (Poland), “Základaní Skola generála Zdenka Skarvady” de Ostrava-Poruba (Czech Republic) y “Liceo artistico statale Eustachio Catalano” de Palermo (Italy).- To cooperate with the teacher training centre (CEFIRE) by organising conferences and meetings.- To attend CLIL courses: In English: Art subject (UK), Technoloy subject (UK), offered by International Study Programmes. In French: “Enseigner une matière scolaire en français. Disciplines non linguistiques (enseignement bilingue)” in Vichy.- To attend courses to improve the linguistic competence in English and French.Considering the aim of our project, our role will be that of observing and learning. This way, the hosting schools will not need to alter their normal running. Long term benefits, expected outcome impact:- To improve the quality of our school.- The use of new methods to deal with diversity.- To increase the number of subjects in a foreign language in an efficient way.- To use new teaching methodologies, especially regarding CLIL methodologies and stablish new international contacts within teachers.- Enheance our presence in international projects- To continue with future students interchanges among all the schools involved.- To show the results to the school staff, the teacher training centre and the society through speech lectures, blogs, newspaper articles, etc...
