Successful people with special needs integration into society and the labor market is one of the most important public policy priorities both in Lithuania and in other developed countries of Europe and the world . To ensure that individuals with special needs and equal opportunities to participate in the labor market should be on every forward-thinking for society . It is glad to notice that in recent years, Lithuania for people with special needs integration into society and the labor market is gaining momentum and more and more people with special needs to become active members of society : learning , gaining qualifications and working successfully .
However, the country , as well as all the new challenges ahead . According to the Bruges Communiqué Europe must become smarter , more sustainable and more inclusive . Changing technology will require more high- and medium-skilled professionals and low- skilled workers will decline. Even in professions previously generally sufficient low-skilled agents are increasingly required to have an average or even high qualifications. Therefore, the official low -skilled or unskilled people in the future will be more difficult to find a job. Given the vocational education and training in European society and economy , it is essential to ensure its sustainability and craftsmanship .
Objectives of the project - to consolidate and improve the following skills: existing professional skills , new professional skills , mobility in the labor market, the introduction of new technologies , tools , equipment , project participants emphasize a higher quality of work performance , ability to integrate into the company , the labor market , and adapt to survive strengthening it ; internationality Gaining skills , competencies of European development , increasing the attractiveness of vocational , educational training to improve cognitive , social , personal , creativity competencies.
In 2012 Lithuania carried out survey for with people with special needs of the survey that people with spec. needs in the labor market, thus ensuring greater empowerment training, adaptation programs.
The project participants will have linguistic training (English and German), UAB Euribia " will make presentation about the integration in to labour market during introductory seminar "I am A Master", about the persons with specia needs.
In project participates pupils with special needs: cooks and confectioners, decorators (builders). Project participants (48) persons with special needs from 5 sending partners: Kaunas vocational training center of social services and construction business specialists - 16 participants - 8 cooks (4 to Italy, 4 Hungary) and 8 decorators (Germany), Radviliškis technology and business teaching center - 16 participants - 8 cooks (4 Italy, 4 Germany) and 8 decorators (Germany), Šilutė agriculture school - 4 cooks (Italy), 4 decorators (Germany), Alytus vocational training center - 4 cooks to Germany, Kauno food industry and trade teaching center - 4 confectioners to Hungary.
Receiving partners: F+U Sachsen gGmbH (Germany), Ce.S.F.Or. Centro Studi Formazione Orientamento (Italy), Lingua-Vár Oktatási Központ (Lingua-Vár Educational Centre) (Hungary)
Results of the project: organized 5 visits flows, participants developed an internship reports, participants announcements versions of PowerPoint with pictures; designed photo book "Our internship"; executed dissemination of the project.
The project is important for the professional development of the participants, in order to acquire new knowledge, skills and competencies to recognize them. The project will enhance the competitiveness of the participants in the project, the adaptation of enterprises in the labor market, career opportunities, will enable to be mobile-mobile in the market will promote personal development, motivation to study, work and create.
