Our aim and motivation to work with young people-volunteers and children with special needs in this project is to help them to find themselves, their talents and their possibilities in order to make them to feel useful, educated and supported in their interesting to learn computers at this case, but in general whatever they are interested for.We wish to lead them to a higher independence through the education. To a higher self-knowledge through working on their own and in a team. To a higher self-confident through involving themselves in the local Youth community. In this three weeks the volunteers will work with children at the computer laboratory training them computers and organizing cultural and free time activities. A group of specialist from our organisation with the coperation of specialist from the desable center wil develop evaluation form a quastionary and working methoth giving the opportunity to the voluneers to make in very easy steeps control, support, evaluation of their evey day work. The volunteers work in co-operation with specialists and through the various popular and very helpful computer-games , and internet sites.The intercultural added value that volunteers would bring to the host organisation is very important for the hoall project. That's why we ecxpect from the volunteers to adapt and the social experience from the origin countries.The volunteers would bring with them part of their everyday culture and for us it's very important to give the oppportunity to the greek desable young people to receive part of this experience.For our EVS project the intercultural added value is priority, that's why we believe that this project is an opportunity for both groups (greek desable yong people -evs volunteers) and we believe it will bring a new way of communication and participation not only for the people who are connected with the proiject but also for other young people from the local sociaty."PRAXIS" which is a cultural organisation aims at bringing the youth closer to the new developments in arts and communication.
