We are living in a very dynamic time, time which brings lot of changes in our society and life. This is a time of globalization which means possibility of exchanging goods, information, ideas, finances but also people which plays important role in the socio-economical but also in the political-religious area of the society. Also hand in hand with the globalization goes the development of technology, which makes the communication in a big distance through the media very available. Exactly that process of intercultural mixture, a big diversity connected with the mass media is the aim of our training course. Today we have to deal with movements like Pegida, Je suis Charlie, influence of the conflicts in the Middle East, religious intolerance and all this make a quite big changes in the real life (society) and the virtual world (internet). This approach contributes to an active, critical understanding of one’s own and of other people’s culture. The programme also encourages an interest in history, politics, culture, geography, religion and everyday life. This training course is designed for 30 young (between 20-35 years of age) workers and leaders from the Loesje network but also from the other groups, who are working with young people from different countries and backgrounds. In this training they will have space for exchanging experiences and good practices in order to find effective tools in the process of intercultural and interreligious dialogue, but also to find effective ways in the fighting of hate speech online.
