This seminar aims at using the international exchange of experiences in order to pursue new ways in the leadership of teams of teachers by mutual completions uns suggestions. Particular emphasis is placed on how the schools in Denmark promotes integrative and inclusive education an how they prevent school failure.
Contacts for school Comenius cooperations with partners can bei initiated.
Local contacts an visits to schools and dot regional pedagogical facilities, which will present special
aspects of leadership and school developpment, will constitute the central object of the semniar. They will get completed by professional talks and the exchange of information between the European attendants.
