Small school life project was designed for 26 children and young people from orphanages and families in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Youth Exchange took place in the Slovak village Chocholná-Velčice, in the house of a family type and the adjoining cottage. From the Czech Republic took part in the project, 13 participants and 2 leaders, who have been working with them and have a professional qualification in youth from orphanages. Slovak party was represented by the same number of participants - 13, two leaders and one nurse. The selected target group has long been isolated in institutionalized equipment - children's homes, have few opportunities to meet with the general population, with peers from families. Project wish to support the process to independence and ability to become a full part of society. Young people after completing 18 years of schooling, and leave the gates of foster homes, unable to get his bearings, most of them are unemployed, and homeless. The facilities are in school do not learn how to find a job or start her own business, do not know how to further develop and unable to deal with the unemployment situation, which results in depression. Also, they lack positive role models, people who came from the same environment and are successful. The aim of the project was to teach and show selected young people how to live actively, help acquire self-esteem, become independent and autonomous. Through actively targeted osvojovali competencies needed in working and family life. The aim was to develop young people's skills all terms of reference, concentrating mainly on communication skills and digital inclusion. The most important thing was to motivate them to plan specific steps by which they embark on the road leading to employment or begin a business. We consider ourselves a long time that when working with this target group is very important to get the feeling that dominate something that is beneficial to society and can not feed them. The development of soft skills (communication, presentation, information processing), the ability to work with computers, by adopting a stance not to give up even in failure, searching for new opportunities and increasing the key competences they need in professional life we ​​achieve that youth fully integrate the economically active population . The project was attended by children from orphanages and from ordinary families. The aim of this dimension was to demolish prejudices, promote mutual trust, get to know, establish contacts and finds that although he grew up in a different environment, we have many things in common. Jointly acquire the competencies adopt values ​​and attitudes were dependent on mutual cooperation and assistance in carrying out tasks and activities. Within the project through workshops we have pointed to positive examples of successful people, and especially young people who came from the environment of institutionalized homes and were able to find employment. The project included lectures on authentic experience of job search, the opportunities created by volunteering. We invited and successful people so that together we discussed. Participants then received the first contacts that will help them in the future shall apply. We used the group work to gain the ability to work in a team, direct training of soft skills, polls, quizzes, energizers. Welcome a more pleasant atmosphere expectations were used ice breakers, not prevent the participants to interact well with people who did not yet know. Also, we developed argumentation in discussions, we made a competition for the most convincing output. On trying out the job interview we used simulation, role play. It will be important to maintain trust between the parties, we have created a space within a closed group where everyone could confide with insights problems without was afraid that the information will get out of participating. We have delegated powers to the target group has adopted soft skills. The division of responsibilities also increase the confidence of participants, which through feedback appreciated head. The long-term benefit of the project is to interest young people in employment, respectively. start their own business. We expect a decrease of unemployed young people, addiction, social decline, homelessness. Young people from the Czech Republic and Slovakia together will acquire an interest in active life but also culture, which has many similarities to the Slovak and Czech sides of the White Carpathians. The expected impact of the project was to educate and finding new friends, growing up in families and vice versa, in orphanages. Benefits of the project are so new contacts and friendships. The results of the project, we have expanded in educational institutions, in schools. The young generation is easier to adapt to unexpected changes in society, the labor market.
