Making a privilege for few an opportunity for all

“Making a privilege for few an opportunity for all”, is a Partnership Building Activity that aims at fostering cooperation with organizations that work with disadvantaged youth and especially with youngsters affected from disabilities. The PBA will focus on creating synergies to build project ideas and activities aimed at empower disabled youth in order to facilitate their employability opportunities. A special accent will be put on the different policies that the countries’ governments run to facilitate the access to labour market from people with disabilities and with strong social and economic disadvantages. The aim of the PBA is to create an operative network of youth organizations that will connect and work to take successful policies to facilitate the access of disadvantaged youth (especially disabled) to the labour markets. The examples will be reproduced and spread around through actions promoted by youth organizations. We will make use of the non formal methodology to facilitate the process of interaction among participants. The methods we will use include: working in small groups, presentation of the activities through the simulation of expositions, creative workshops, role plays, frontal presentation from the participants.The project will involve 30 participants coming from 10 organizations (5 from EU and 5 SEE organizations). The project will last be implemented in MONTENEGRO in February 2013.
