Inter Europa Rioja will be the coordinating organization and thus it will be in charge of the management and distribution of the grant among partners. The sending organizations will select the volunteer, and will be in charge of everything related to transport and the training before departure. The hosting organizations will be in charge of providing accommodation, training, as well as monitoring and mentoring of the volunteers.
With this proposal of European Voluntary Service, we seek to fulfill the needs of our youngsters. On the one hand, it is a way of helping participants with fewer opportunities to acquire experience and practical knowledge through non-formal education, and a way of provoking self-reflection and self-knowledge and the importance of lifelong learning. On the other hand, the volunteer will acquire an intercultural awareness and linguistic competences which will enable him to relate and create bonds with people from other countries and cultures.
