The idea of exchange "Lunch with Media" is to unite leaders of youth organisations, who seek to improve the quality of youth project dissemination improving competences of creative writing and public event organisation. The initiators of the project will analyse successful ways of dissemination of national initiatives, creative solutions, which attracted attention of society. During the exchange, participants will get acquainted with an editor of a famous information portal, who will introduce techniques of creative writing. Participants will improve their practical skills of using metaphors and comparisons for visualisation of a text and to write a creative title. 30 young people from Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland and Lithuania will take part in a simulation game "Media trible" which will allow to understand motives of partnership between editorial boards of mass media and youth organisations, to understand methods of partnership and their application and prepare dissemination plan. Skills acquired during exchange period will be used organising a public information event in the Old Town of Vilnius, when participants will chose the theme topical to young people and will develop an event scenario and creative press-release. After the exchange period, participants from each national group will hold training courses for members of their organisations and, thus, will exchange experience acquired during exchange period.Exchange activities will create opportunities to strenghten social competence for youth lacking social skills.The title of the exchange "Lunch with Media“ reveals the intention to meet Media for intimate communication. Activities will encourage young people to draw up a plan for dissemination of initiative and to implement it directly collaborating with experts in the related field, to develop their skills of creative writing and organisation of public awareness building events. Long-term outcome - to encourage young people to actively involve in creation of mass media, foster their citizenship.
