The project Loving Life has a total duration of 24 months and involves 3 youth organizations: Rauðagerði Frístundahús (Iceland), Tandtrollet (Sweden) and Basilicata Link (Italy). The project comes from the common need of participants to discover, value and strengthen their potential through sport activites and the contact with nature. At the same time the project aims to provide opportunities to discover other cultures and to enhance European citizenship. The project foresees 3 different activities which will be hosted in the 3 involved countries. In each country, groups of 12 participants per country, aged 16-19, will live togheter during 7 days, practicing different sport activities and experiencing nature life. All the activities are bsed on non formal learning methodologies and will have a positive impact on self-esteem and sense of entrepreneurship of participants. On long term prospective, we expect participants to act as multipliers and future youth leaders.
