In today's' Society frequent problems are decreasing physical activity of young people (it shows a decreasing percentage of young people choosing an active lifestyle and also, growing obesity level), lack of energy, high number of unemployment and the growing passivity promotes to think that there is a need for action in order to create changes in our society.Also in our environment we see rising lack of cooperation, understanding of other nations, that is way we will seek insight into the health, skill formation aspects through interculturalism prism, we will seek to find out the future applet (for health / fitness / nutrition skills to shape) establishment of relying different cultures experience, involving very different views of young people experience.In order to deal with these problems we will implement the project "Live to the Fullest".The purpose of this project - to promote greater EU citizens' welfare, to popularize health, creativity among the participants, to promote sports, IT, preparation of curriculum vitae activities in order to increase young people's productivity, health, quality of work and to improve integration into the labor market by involving young people from different organizations, countries and rural areas to the youth exchange activities.One of the project objectives is the creation of health and wellbeing improvement methods for young person. We will also seek that the recommendations would be converted into mobile gadget and used among young people. This app will be created after youth exchange project. During the project Young people form details about this app, for example: design, content, functions.When implementing this project all participants will develop their competencies, which they will be able to apply both in their personal lives and implemented activities. They will improve their organizational skills, communication in foreign language skills. Also, these participants will learn project dissemination, publicity, will establish useful contacts and learn how to communicate with local and international partners.During the project, about 40 young people from various European countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Turkey, Slovakia), who will seek to improve their health through artistic and sports activities. They will search for methods, share their experience with people with different cultural experience and will also improve their work quality.
