What are the benefits and costs in achieving both environmental and economic systems and boilers, and organize their supply chains that provide the raw material? There are conditions for forest biomass power plants by promoting sustainable forest management? What are the possible uses in civil, industrial, agricultural, energy and heat produced? What are the regulations, policies, experiences and tools in place to enhance and promote biomass? The reference area is the entire area of ​​cooperation. The partners, in fact, undertake to work for the territories are not represented directly to the project - the source of biomass - offer a complete answer to the specific objective of the OP III.3. The overall objective is to promote biomass as a renewable energy source testing, through pilot experiences, the real opportunities: cost savings in energy consumption, better exploitation of natural resources (forests and farmland to be converted), less use of fossil fuels and less air pollution. The targets are all those interested in organizing supply chains for the supply of raw material, create the systems, use energy and / or heat products. The project consists of some key activities: exchange of experiences / best practices, deepening of the thematic evaluation of forest and agricultural potential, site identification and definition of a management tool, pilot testing of a demonstration designed to validate the instrument management.
