Supplemental education in PE and languages is necessary along with three things: the new curriculum 2016, the aims to internationalize our school and the project, which activates pupils to physical exercise during the school day. We also want to create and strengthen our contacts with schools from other countries. We aim to renew PE teaching on classes as well as receive new ideas and ways to carry out the new sporting project. To develop didactics is necessary before the new curriculum comes into effect. During international teacher trainings, new contacts between schools from other countries will be created, language skills and cultural knowledge will be enhanced. These are important objectives when concerning internalisation of our school as well as authentic language usage and cultural education. The objectives mentioned above will be achieved best through two teacher trainings: a German language and Austrian culture class for German teachers in Vienna from July 13th to 17th and a class for PE teachers in Mals, Italy from July 18th to 24th. The official languages of the latest class are English, German and Italian. Our PE teacher, who also is a member of the workgroup planning the implementation of the sporting project and our German teacher, who also works as a coordinator of the international activities in our school, will each attend a class. They both possess the required language skills and they want to develop PE and language didactics and international education in our school. The whole school benefits from the expected results through new ideas, didactic solutions, international contacts as well as through language skills and cultural knowledge. The results also support and contribute to obtain our objectives. The gained skills and knowledges will influence contents and didactics on PE classes as well as the implementation of the sporting project directly. When cooperating with international schools, the developed language skills are a benefit. The international cooperation will also increase through new contacts. The results of attending teacher trainings will also be seen clearly through authentic language usage and cultural education in language teaching. On longer term, the didactic solutions will improve, the ways to implement our sporting project will be diversified, stay in practice and add exercise among pupils during the day. In addition, authentic language usage and cultural education will encourage and inspire to international mobility and to explore the world and new cultures.
