Some of the partners have met each other during the partnership building activity in Iceland organized by the NA's of the Nordic-Baltic region and Ireland. The 2 persons from Denmark and Estonia, Mikkel Pørksen and Pavel Vassilljev was during a break talking about the concept off travelling that long distance , having so short time to develop projects and then go home , for continuing on the internet to keep writing on future projects, with the problems in language and good understanding off what is meant in different topics in an application. So the following day we talked about finding partners , and how we should do a course with the learning we thougth was good for project writing The future partners have all discussed the issue and need of increasing project management skills and willingness in young members of the organizations. Thus, mutual interest and need have been pointed out. In addition to these partners we have chosen reliable partners from other countries in order to increase the inter-cultural dimension. Each partner will bring their experience of previous projects, which they are willing to share. Partners will also gather highly motivated participants for future cooperation of the younger members. After the training course the project partners will be helping and mentoring the participants for applying projects of high quality for the next deadline. Key persons of the partner organizations will ensure selecting and preparing youth leaders, helping to prepare homework, share experience with the participants, help during the main activity and also mentor them after the main activity to apply with projects. Partners will also be assisting with the dissemination activities. Partners will bring the competences of support staff and trainers from Georgia, support staff will also be brought from Denmark to facilitate good cooperation and smooth work during the project, Estonian organization will also add one experienced trainer and take him to the project.
