This EVS project was created by association " Еuni Partners" to support and foster intercultural dialogue and exchange of good practices in areas that participants are interested in creating long-lasting partnerships with new people , organizations and institutions.One of our main goals is to raise participants' awareness of other countries, will learn more about different cultures , values and lifestyle of other citizens who " live " around them. Another goal is to develop professional and personal qualities, better behavioral skills that participants will use in their future realization.Will be invited 4 participants in the project, who are interested in culture , social sciences and history.We would like participants to be aged between 20-30 years. To be tolerant and willing to approach with understanding different points of view are motivated , ready to develop their own initiatives ( projects). Be communicative , creative and resourceful people who can work in a team, help each other in decision-making, ready to adapt to different situations. Positive , helpful , friendly and liberal , having a strong desire for personal development , a desire to learn about other cultures, languages, traditions and customs.Volunteers will participate in the development and implementation of youth initiatives and projects with the assistance of team member. It will involve the volunteers from all partner organizations and together with mentor who will guide them for the best performance of the working process. At the beginning of the project will be made a formal training aiming to make sure that working methods and activities are clear and understood by the participants and how they should implement them correctly.Volunteers will participate in various events, trips, seminars and etc. .Will participate in English acting school "Neverending Story" as the volunteers will develop plays in English and will work with children practicing on stage, developing their acting skills.During the project by using formal and informal learning methods we will encourage participants to develop important qualities and skills to help them for their future realization. Participants will meet many young people from and around Blagoevgrad , thus integrate them into local community.When working with the young people from the "Euni Partners" youth structure helping them to learn more languages and integrate them into the overall work.Through this project we will try to improve personal development of participants, to be responsible to others, to increase their desire to discover something new about themselves, to feel better, smarter, more capable. To expand their horizons to other nations. To extend their knowledge, skills and life experiences.We are confident that this project will develop in volunteers their language skills, confidence and curiosity to new initiatives and projects.For the organization for this project will be of great importance. This is the first EVS project of the Association. This project will give us a lot of new ideas for further development and a new perspective for other types of activities and initiatives and create new long-term partnerships with participating organizations.
