PROJECT
FINISHED
"Lets raise the bar" was training and networking for youth workers project that was held in Bad Sachsa, Germany from 9th to 16th of November 2014. On this project there were 42 group leaders, presidents, trainers and project managers from 19 different countries from partner and neighboring countries. We created this project together with our partners on the last training course where we saw the need to raise the bar or increase the quality of the projects that the NGOs are making and to increase the impact on the societies that we are living in. The achieved goal was to share the know-how, good and bad experiences between all these people and to use them like a human library in order to develop guidelines on how to make better and more relevant projects that will make difference. This will "raise the bar" for all other organizations also and it will create a increasing curve. The organizations had the chance to make meaningful and long term partnerships with countries that are member of the European Union and countries that are partners of the European Union that will create a snowball effect in the future. As a result of the project we developed new tools that make the work of youth workers much easier, projects have a better quality, more opportunities were created for the young people around Europe and in the partner countries.
