The project ‘LET'S TALK - CONFLICT RESOLUTION FOR BRIGHT FUTURE’ aims to promote peaceful conflict resolution, while engaging in an international dialogue. Intercultural, local and interpersonal conflicts are a part of everyday life. By bringing together youth leaders representing different cultures and traditions in EU countries, we hope to increase their awareness of conflict, and help them develop paths towards resolution. These represent their communities, and it is expected that they will return to these communities, bringing with them and furthering the understanding of conflict resolution that they will have acquired. The main aim of the projects is:to increase awareness of youth and social workers of conflict management and resolution through an intercultural dialogue and in cooperation by brining together participants from EU countries; to prevent intercultural conflicts that are based on stereotypes, through the creation of an atmosphere of mutual understanding and cooperation between these active workers from different cultures. In the course (with plenary sessions, workshops, discussions, creativity sessions, intercultural & interactive activities and using other non-formal education methods) youth workers will discuss the significant role of youth participation in different peace building activities, and will explain their own role in it. Training course will take place in Zamość, Poland in September 2015 (12-19.09) and will last for 8 days. Partners: Poland, Romania, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Lithuania, Slovakia.
