Contact Making Seminar “Let’s Talk about Future”- Mazury/Gizycko 23- 30 August 2014. The main goal is meeting of organizations which are working with and for youth (also disabled and people with fewer opportunity ), introduction with new rules of program ERASMUS + and making partnerships (basing on new rules of program Erasmus +) with deep knowledge about organizations activities and youth needs. Every next project is a chance for youth activation, development interests, introduction of opportunity for spending time in creativity way or health activation. During few days 14 Organization from EU countries will share theirs experience, analyze program Erasmus + and its opportunity, present needs and expectations, get to know with other members of project proposals, create/ generate new partnerships and prepare formal side of application process of next years. We want to focus on short and long term cooperation in non formal area but also on raising skills of professions. Project will be in Mazury of Poland. Our accommodation will be yachts and workshop area- hired training rooms. Our task is to connect circumstances and formal methods as non formal. RA i DO Foundation wants to continue international yacht activities in Mazury. This is also opportunity to show for youth workers the activities which we want to invite young people from theirs organization in future for. We think that this is also ideal form of non formal education and active outdoors time. It will 29 participants. Every participant was informed of Mazury’s conditions and habits. Activity area of invated organisations is youth. They are supporting formal and non formal education organizations, organizations of support and rehabilitation or organizations which organizing free time. There are: - Educational institution and schools - Foundations and associations - Youth organizations - Centers of support and braking bad habits - Organizations which support disabled people - Eco organizations - Accredited EVS organizations RA i DO knows majority of organizations cause we had contact in Poland or during foreign projects. They are chosen organizations which are considering opportunity for new partnerships building also with deaf and hard hearing people, people with fewer opportunity. Main tasks of projects are: - Careful presentation every organization (activity area, structure, kind and scale, place of activity, staff, specific, group characteristic) - Presentation of program Erasmus + - Creating of new ideas basing on rules of every Erasmus + action - Building new partnerships - Preparing schedules or ready application forms - Presentation of sailing as education form and idea for free time- introduction with one of main activities which RA i DO wants to promote - Introduction with opportunities and needs of deaf and hard hearing people, who will be participants in project (4 people from 2 countries) During our project we will use formal methods (presentations, lecturers, discusses, work in groups, full application forms) and non formal ( living together on yachts, preparing meals together, cleaning, sailing, brain storms, energizers, international evenings, project fire, games with showing words). We predict that there will be created really reliable partnerships, which will give big opportunities for young people. Thanks to this there will be lots of application forms basing on honest preparing (thanks to knowledge about partners organizations, theirs skills, needs and expectations). This cooperation which we will build during one week work of youth workers should go to concrete activities used for youth, theirs formal and non formal learning process, raising theirs skills and qualifications (also disabled and with fewer opportunity people). We have future with 6 years Erasmus + program, we want to be really good prepared for supporting youth in theirs social, emotional, cultural and professional development
