The organizations, which participated in the last year's project exchange Let's learn from each other have, on wish and the need of the participants and of the participating organizations apply with this follow-up project Let's learn from each other! Level 2. Through two exchanges and the period in between, in which the high-school students will carry out a mini project, we will encourage active citizenship of youth, inclusion of youths with fewer opportunities, learn about identity and culture, encourage taking over active roles with young citizens, encouraging conscious learning as well as recognition improvement of one's own competences, research employment options, offered by hobbies and through two-step learning empower young people of recognizing knowledge, that they possess, wishes, interests and the search for opportunities to satisfy exactly those. The project is also upgraded with a seminar for youth workers, to which even more participating organizations were invited with the means of exchange of knowledge in the field of working with youth with fewer opportunities and competence improvement of all actively involved as well as broader international connection of organizations. The red line of all activities is mutual learning, empowerment and transfer of knowledge. The number of participants on the exchange will be 25 including the group leaders, from five program countries. More than half of the participants will be young people with fewer opportunities, the participants will be from 15-19 years old. The number of participants on the seminar will be 22, from eleven programme countries. The methodology of this project will be extremely participative and experiential, the youths on the exchanges are and will be active co-creators of the program, for example at the Show, tell and try day of the exchange, they will personally design workshops as introduction into their hobbies. Both the Slovenian as well as the Latvian mobility are in general the idea of the last years participants and witness of the good results of the last years' exchange as well as the potential for this project. The seminar will consist of similar methodology, the majority of the program will be designed by the youth workers, who will will introduce the methodologies used with youths with fewer opportunities, which we will together evaluate and try to improve. A concrete result will be two e-books, with the collection of the used methods on both the exchange as well as the seminar. The second result and outcomes will be increased participation of youths in the organization's activities as well as other activities of opportunistic learning. Opportunity recognition, increased taking of responsibility for own actions and increased intercultural sensibility. Improvement of competences of youth workers and improvement of organizations abilities for youth work. In the long run this project will impact on deepened international cooperation of organizations, exchange of knowledge and in taking over more important leading roles of included youths in organizations or society.
