The present Project, "Let's discover other Capacities. Let's learn together" Young Volunteers Have owned eight of Germany, Austria, Hungary and France. (2 boys and girls 6) The Project has consisted in providing support, (with the aim of improving the quality of life of People with Something About the type of intellectual disability and / or Mental disease) into the different groups and services of our organization: School, Daily center, Residence and activities of leisure and sports. The main tasks for the Volunteer have been realized on the support to the people of the different Working Groups in the different activities and consequently to support the professional team responsible. The social workers who are in the different services and groups are skilled professionals who help the involvement of volunteers and consequently in their learning process. The methodology used for the Project was successful because: We look of the interests and motivation of volunteers, Good communication with partners, Preparation and monitoring of Volunteers in the different phases; departure, on arrival, during the Project and final evaluations. Following up of volunteers and personal mentorship The impact has been succeded in three levels: Personally for volunteers: The impact of each voluteers was different for everyone and not transferable, Alba's Association user: For the people of the Association Alba is always very beneficial everything the volunteers bring. There is a panel where there are a photo for everyvolutneer we had at the organiztion, and during this project it has been "rebuild" again and now it's more active and clear. Local: Tarrega a small town where all everybody knows the Association Alba, we are always present in all events organized and socialy actives.
