The youth exchange LET’S BLEND TOGETHER aims at the development and improvement of communication, social and cultural skills of young participants. During one week by using the methodology of non-formal education, which is creative, intuitive and experimental, it will be encouraged the active participation of youth from 4 countries. The main objectives of the Youth Exchange LET’S BLEND TOGETHER are related to the ones of the Erasmus+ programme and are the following: to improve the personal and professional development of the participants through non-formal education; to improve the attitudes and competences of young people and provide them the necessary tools which would allow to express themselves in a foreign language more freely; to foster the future cooperations between the participating organisations for the future projects within the KA2 and KA3; to raise awareness of the democratic values and human rights, including the interculturalism and diversity. The Youth Exchange activity LET’S BLEND TOGETHER is aimed for the young people from 4 different countries: Slovakia, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria. The methodology of the activity Youth Exchange LET’S BLEND TOGETHER is based on the non-formal education in order to increase the creativity, participation and interaction of the participants through such methods as open dialogue, role play, group and theatre techniques.Until the end of the Youth Exchange participants are expected to acquire or improve the following skills: linguistic, social and cultural, empathy and respect, active listening and effective communication.In addition, participants will improve their knowledge of the Spanish language and Spanish culture. After carrying out of the activities the following impact is expected: - Increase motivation when facing situations in a foreign country speaking a different language.- Increase and development of social and empathic abilities.- Improving cooperation among the partner for a future KA2 cooperation.It is expected that the Youth Exchange, “Let's blend together” fosters long-term social and cultural changes and the improvement of social inclusion of young participants.It is also planned to promote collective reflection, through the exchange of ideas and perspectives, thus giving the opportunity to deal with the important issue of youth needs. Future lines of participation and cooperation of participating countries ( KA2 ) will be established and the work towards youth policy in their territories ( KA3 ) will be improved.
