Lernmobilität von Einzelpersonen
Start date: Oct 1, 2016, End date: Sep 30, 2018 PROJECT  FINISHED

The Elisabeth-Langgässer-Gymnasium is a school in Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany. The region of Alzey is called Rhine-Hesse (German: Rheinhessen; 2016 the 200th anniversary of Rheinhessen is celebrated). Some of our teachers have already taken part in the multilateral Comenius-project, pupil exchanges and teacher exchanges. As far as it concerns my wish to take part in the job shadowing project there are different aims I connect wiht this project: after taking part in multilateral projects I wish to extend this experiences, to height the influence of intercultural values, to get to further development of new teaching methods at my school within the context of an EU-orientated set of educational values and to guarantee this level for the future. So it will be possible to raise our students to a more intercultural and international level. This will enable them to communicate in foreign languages during their studies and later in their lifes. We can strengthen and improve the awareness of the European dimension and the implications of European citizenship generally and the students will be more aware of their own regional local identity, too. They will also improve the quality and quantity of partnerships, joint educational activities and mobilities. So the acquisition and practice of new teaching methods will support a level of increased intercultural awareness and internalization of liberal and democratic values.
