A set of content items will be designed within the project to influence a higher level of professionalism and competences of the staff in the wellness industry for the local residents as well as for tourists. A general aim of the project is to permanently enable a specialized education and training in Slovenia for wellness occupations. The specific aim will be fulfilled with a high quality transfer and implementation of an innovation into Slovenian environment and with the development of new wellness curricula offered to the labour market. General objective of the project is to raise the staff competitiveness in the wellness industry to directly influence the quality of the offer. Specific objective of the project is to design a set of knowledge to be comparable with the occupational standards and competences within wellness activities around Europe.
