The target of this mobility project is to acquire comprehensive linguistic, professional and cross-cultural education and training for all participants. The motivation of our colleagues will be strengthened and developed by participating in further educational opportunities in European countries including observing classroom activities at schools and colleges. Thus, the European idea continues to find its way into our college. The participants will be disseminating their knowledge and experiences and will be functioning as facilitators to their colleagues as well as students. In this way existing partnerships with schools and colleges will be maintained and new projects could be launched. In order to reach our goal concerning work experience and observing classroom activities we have selected schools and colleges maintaining a long-lasting partnership with us.Our participants have chosen a wide variety of countries and destinations for their further education. In that way our target to increase the number of partner countries will be taken into account.The large number of voluntary participants shows clearly how firmly the European idea is anchored among the colleagues of our 'European college'.
