The project will be developed by IRDT, and it will take place in Timișoara, Romania. The two mobilities of this project will be held in august (more specific between 3rd – 10th of august, and 16th – 23rd of august 2016).The main aim of this project is to develop knowledge and abilities of youngsters between 18 and 30 years old, on the subjects of public speaking, argumentation and efficient communication skills, among European Union.The number of young participants that will be involved in this youth exchanege is 42, and they will participate in activities that will ensure:· Developement of presentation and public speaking skills· Developement of argumentation skills in a public debate· Developement of personal and profesional comunication skills· Creating an intercultural space for learning· Presentation of the Erasmus Plus ProgrammeThe results of the project will have a major impact over the young participants anth the local communities, becouse it helps them improve importan abilities for their personal and profesional developement.The methods used will be nonformal, like: presentations, public speaking, role play, group work, brainstorming.
